In the scorching summer, production at the Tomsewing Automatic Stitching Machine factory is in full swing. At the same time, our factory welcomed a special customer from Sri Lanka who traveled more than 2,000 kilometers to personally inspect and prepare their order for shipment.
A Long Journey to Tomsewing Automatic Stitching Machine Factory
For customers purchasing industrial automatic sewing machines, product quality and delivery time are both important. Therefore, this Sri Lankan customer decided to visit the Tomsewing factory in person.
After traveling over 2,000 kilometers, the customer arrived at our factory and went directly to the production and assembly workshop. Seeing the machines being assembled, tested, and prepared for shipment helped the customer gain a deeper understanding of our production process and quality control.

Careful Inspection Before Shipment
After arriving at the factory, the Sri Lankan customer carefully checked the ordered automatic sewing machines and related goods.
Our team introduced the machine functions, production process, and inspection procedures in detail. The customer also checked the appearance, components, packaging, and overall condition of the goods.

Personally Packing and Loading the Goods
To ensure that the goods would arrive at the port on time, the customer stayed at the factory during the final packing and loading process.
Together with the Tomsewing team, the customer personally helped pack and organize the machines. The goods were carefully protected to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
After packing was completed, the machines were loaded onto the transport vehicle in an orderly way. The customer personally checked the loading process to make sure everything was properly secured and ready for transportation.
